The phone app does a great job backing up photos and videos with auto upload and I really appreciate that it can use the encrypted folder with auto upload. The web interface is nice and has the functionality I need. I really appreciate a client side encrypted folder is available to work as a sort of digital firebox for family legal documents, etc (one of the things I was specifically looking for). I can stream my own home videos from it without issue (in Windows using file manager). Positives, and the reasons I'd still recommend it: - It's a wack-ton of space for a great price.

Additionally, the Icedrive web video playback is buggy, so I have to download the file first.

No real client for Linux (I really hope one is in the works - Linux is the most used system in my household). Though it does seem quicker in the web interface and on the phone app. Not the uploading really, but trying to browse through my files in Windows can take a long time for files to load in the folders.

I had trouble with a few very large files (~30GB) not being able to upload (so I had to split them into smaller pieces - I used 7-Zip). My issues first: - I've had a little trouble with the Windows client not mounting the drive sometimes. I chose to do a lifetime purchase after a good bit of research. So I'm marking 4 to account for the recommend - but a real 4 star should have fewer CONs to it. This is more of a rare "3-star and I still recommend it" rating.
